Bundaberg Diet Ginger Beer

Bundaberg, maker of our favorite ginger beer, also has a low Calorie version, Awesome! Well, sorta. The Bundaberg Diet Ginger Beer just doesn't taste the same. It's really what happens to all diet sodas, the artificial sweetener just throws everything off. It tastes almost too sweet, and it does taste like its artificially sweetened. But hey, not everything is bad with this guy. It's still nice and creamy and has almost everything that their regular ginger beer offers while coming in a miniscule 25 Calories per bottle. Now, that is something that a lot of soda drinkers choose above flavor. So, if flavor isn't the absolute deciding factor, you really should give this diet ginger beer a try, because it still is quite enjoyable on its own. It's only when you compare it to its original greatness that it begins to lose. It all comes down to personal taste for this one, because while we love a full-bodied ginger beer, there are certain upsides to the diet ginger beer category.

What more can we say about Bundaberg's diet ginger beer? Not too much really. One thing that we were disappointed about this ginger beer was that it didn't utilize their iconic bottle with the pull-tab lid that we've come to love like the original Bundaberg Ginger Beer has. But let's be real here, the important part about ginger beer is the flavor. And you really should be using a Moscow Mule Mug anyway.
