A 4-pack of Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer can be picked up at your local Target store for $8.99. It may seem like a slightly steep price to pay for ginger beer, but this is an alcoholic version. The price of $2.25 per bottle of Crabbie's is cheaper than Hollows & Fentimans Alcoholic Ginger Beer which can be found at Trader Joe's for around $5. Although Hollows & Fentimans Alcoholic Ginger Beer is larger at 16.9 fluid ounces, Crabbie's is still a much better deal. Whichever one you fancy, know that both of them are fantastic and worth a try.
That brings us to our next point, how alcoholic ginger beers have a distinct taste from other non-alcoholic ginger brews. If you're lucky enough to try one, you will understand what I am talking about. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what makes them unique, but they have a more unique taste that you don't find in any other drink. It's produced without hops or malt, and it is gluten free, as are most all ginger beers. Don't take our word for it though, always ask the manufacturer if their product is gluten free if you have celiac disease or a gluten allery.

You might think that this ginger tastes like adding a tiny bit of vodka or hard alcohol to your standard ginger beer. You'd be wrong to assume that though. This is a very unique experience that's flavor is a cross between a beer and a ginger beer. Except you don't get any of the bitterness that you'd expect from a beer. This guy will grow on you.
